research investment solutions for its clients.

with property owners enables us to offer investments
to our clients which are unavailable to the public
markets.
Dispositions
Pegasus takes a hands-on approach in the
disposition of its client's assets. In most cases,
Pegasus is able to locate a buyer through its
existing client network. When a property needs to be
marketed to the public, Pegasus broadens its
marketing efforts to most effectively match the
asset with its buyer. Additionally, we have found
that using a blend of creativity and technology
yields the highest value for the asset we represent.
