Connor Dickel is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he is responsible for managing tenant correspondence and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure that properties within the portfolio operate efficiently and successfully. In his role, Connor supports the asset management team in maintaining strong tenant relationships, optimizing operations, and contributing to the long-term performance of the firm’s assets.
Before joining Pegasus, Connor gained hands-on experience in multifamily property management in Philadelphia with RM Development Partners and Home365, where he oversaw leasing, inspections, vendor coordination, and tenant relations. He also served as a Recruitment Consultant at Harper Harrison in Los Angeles, advising real estate developers on headcount strategy and organizational growth.
Connor earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Originally from Pennsylvania, he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue his career in real estate and asset management.
