Evan Marks is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he contributes to the strategic oversight and daily operations of the firm’s property portfolio. He manages tenant communications and collaborates with third-party vendors to maintain operational efficiency and long-term value across all assets.

Before joining Pegasus, Evan gained experience with Liv Lux Properties and Mandalay Entertainment, where he was involved in real estate development, asset management, and strategic project execution. He leverages this background to bring an analytical and tenant-focused perspective that enhances portfolio performance and supports the firm’s continued growth.

Evan earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Science with a focus in User Experience Design and a minor in Real Estate Development from The University of Michigan, graduating summa cum laude.
