Griffin Mandelbaum is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he manages tenant correspondence and coordinates with third-party vendors to support the long-term success of the firm’s property portfolio. In this role, he contributes to the operational efficiency and overall performance of assets across multiple markets.

Before joining Pegasus, Griffin worked in property management at Moss & Company, gaining experience on both the commercial and residential sides with a focus on tenant relations and financial modeling. He also developed a strong foundation in real estate market analysis while at Buckingham Investments.

Griffin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Leadership from Loyola Marymount University, where he was an active member of the Real Estate Society and earned a certificate through its program.
