Michael Mansour is a Senior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he oversees and coordinates the operational efforts of a team managing a portfolio of more than 300 properties. In this role, Michael ensures that each asset is operated and maintained to the highest standards, with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and long-term value creation.

Before joining Pegasus, Michael served as a Senior Property Manager with NIC Real Estate Group, where he managed a Class A commercial portfolio encompassing medical, office, and retail properties across Beverly Hills, Mid-Wilshire, and the greater Los Angeles area. His experience in property management, vendor coordination, and tenant relations provides a strong foundation for his leadership role at Pegasus.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A lifelong Los Angeles native, he brings a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to operational excellence in every aspect of asset management.
