Ethan Ritz is an Analyst at Pegasus Investments, where he supports the firm’s investment sales and capital markets operations through financial analysis, due diligence, and underwriting. In this role, he is responsible for transaction management functions across acquisitions and dispositions, including diligence review, market research, and asset performance analysis.

Before joining Pegasus, Ethan worked as a Financial Analyst at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), where he underwrote and performed financial analyses on office, industrial, and healthcare properties throughout Southern California. He also completed internships with Lever Capital Partners, Colliers International, and Greysteel, gaining broad exposure to real estate investment, finance, and market research. These experiences provided Ethan with a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of valuation principles and transaction execution.

Ethan graduated magna cum laude from The University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Finance. A passionate Trojan fan, he enjoys watching USC football with friends and family in his free time.
