Jed Siegel is an Analyst at Pegasus Investments, where he plays a key cross-functional role supporting the firm’s Leasing, Asset Management, and Investment Sales teams. In this role, he assists in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning efforts that contribute to the performance and growth of the firm’s property portfolio.

Before joining Pegasus in 2025, Jed worked as a Coordinator at The Staenberg Group (TSG), where he was responsible for market research and analysis across a portfolio of retail centers throughout Missouri. His experience at TSG provided him with a strong foundation in retail real estate operations, site evaluation, and data-driven investment strategy.

Jed earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from Washington University in St. Louis. A native of Sherman Oaks, he relocated back there after college and enjoys golf, watching sports, and spending time with his dogs.
