Kurt Blair is an Associate at Pegasus Investments, where he focuses on investment sales advisory for net lease, single-tenant, and multi-tenant retail properties. He provides value by cultivating long-term relationships and developing tailored investment strategies that drive successful client outcomes.

Before joining Pegasus, Kurt worked at a Beverly Hills–based real estate investment firm, where he specialized in multifamily and student housing acquisitions across Los Angeles, Dallas–Fort Worth, and the broader Sun Belt region. Through this experience, he gained a strong foundation in underwriting, market analysis, and deal execution.

Kurt earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development.
