Michael Palffy is the Director of Operations at Pegasus Investments, where he oversees firmwide operations, compliance, and strategic infrastructure. In this role, he works closely with executive leadership to advance operational strategy, enhance internal processes, and implement scalable systems that align with the firm’s long-term growth objectives.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Michael brings extensive expertise in brokerage management, compliance, and operational leadership. Before joining Pegasus, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Designated Broker at Brisky Net Lease, where he launched the firm’s West Coast operations and led multi-state compliance and recruiting initiatives. He previously served as Director of Compliance and Human Resources at James Capital Advisors, overseeing nationwide transaction management, licensing, HR systems, and legal operations. Earlier in his career, he held investment sales and leasing roles with Realty Advisory Group, The Partners Trust, and Gotham Corporate Group, providing him with a hands-on understanding of transactional execution and brokerage operations.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from The University of Arizona, with a minor in Sports Marketing, and holds Real Estate Broker Licenses in both California and Arizona. A Southern California native, he lives in Monrovia with his wife, Hannah, their son, Drew, and their dog, Jasper. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
